Return & Exchange Policy:
We are willing to exchange any unused item back in proper condition, in its original packaging, and with its invoice, reclaimed within 14 days after delivery.
Products sent for return must be in factory fresh condition with the original price tag attached.
Products on sale are final sales and cannot be returned.
It’s important to remember that colors may look somewhat different on your screen than they did in the photos. Therefore, things purchased for these reasons are not returnable.
In addition, please note that the product description on the website will specify if there is any supplementary fabric or patches included with the purchase. Any surplus fabric or embellishments utilized during shots will not be delivered with the product unless indicated in the description.
There is no fee for exchanging an item for a different size, although this is subject to the item’s availability.
Replacement for just another item is available and any added cost on top of the product may have to be paid by the consumer.
If a customer receives a damaged or defective product, we will arrange for free pickup.
We do not provide any courier service compensation if the consumer returns the goods until requested by our representative.
Depending on the item’s availability, the replacement process can take up to two weeks owing to collection and shipping.
Respect the washing instructions as they are presented to you.
When shrinking cloth, it’s best to know it’s done before you start stitching, thus we advise soaking and drying the fabric before you start.
If the consumer declines delivery, we will not consider any claims for returns. Instead, once the denied shipment is back in stock, a store credit will be offered.
If your already-paid-for order changes, you will get a prorated refund once the remaining portion of your order has been sent. In the case of a canceled, fully paid order, you can expect a refund within two weeks.
Items that are returned or exchanged will be refunded at the current exchange rate.
We recommend our consumers exclusively place orders through our official website to acquire original Karigari products at original prices. We strongly advise you to avoid buying from any third-party sellers, whether they be persons, websites, Facebook groups, or Instagram accounts. Items acquired from unlicensed merchants and individuals are not covered by Karigari’s return policy.

As soon as the appropriate staff has evaluated your returned product, you will be given the option to either receive a refund or an exchange, depending on stock.
